RETURNS/REFUNDS

Since all of our items are made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns.

Orders may be canceled and refunded prior to the lettering proof approval. Refunds may also happen if the buyer doesn't respond to proofs after 1 week, if the product is damaged due to shipping mishandling (with accompanying images for proof), or if the buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction.
